Constantinos and Petros Sofikitis have shot photographs and videos all around the Aegean islands as part of their work for the Marabou Project, an initiative that seeks to record and salvage traditional arts, customs and crafts that are at risk of dying out or which are experiencing a renaissance thanks to the next generation picking up the baton.
